This Sustainability Website provides information on the PLUS Group's sustainability philosophy and policies, key action themes, and specific initiatives, with the aim of helping a wide range of stakeholders gain a deeper understanding of our sustainability efforts.
The PLUS Group is advancing initiatives to realize “Social Optimality” based on our “Sustainability Policy”, “key action themes”, and “materialities” formulated in 2022. In addition, a new three‑year medium‑term management plan was launched in 2026, under which we will further accelerate our sustainability initiatives. This Website introduces sustainability initiatives led by individual employees, as well as examples of sustainability‑related business activities undertaken across Group companies.
From the perspective of fulfilling our social responsibility as a global company, we are also committed to disclosing ESG‑related information and various data, while referring to the disclosure items recommended by the GRI Standards.
